There is a lot of talk and confusion about Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay Bill.” It has nothing to do with being gay or straight. It just prohibits teachers from teaching about sexual preference, gender idenity and transgender status before the sixth grade. People don’t make a decision to be gay or straight. By the time I was sixteen I pretty much looked around at my classmates and could figure it out. I’ll admit I missed a few that hid their lifestyle to be gay until after graduation. Again…..ya eventually figure it out on your own and hopefully you find happiness and love. That’s the way it’s supposed to be. I don’t want anyone throwing their agenda in my face. You probably feel the same way about your kids. What’s wrong with that? Where is the controversy? This is just common sense. Perhaps we need a little bit more of the latter.

This has NOTHING to do with oppressing those that embrace an alternative lifestyle. We’re talking about kids here. Innocent children. When you are in kindergarten you don’t want to pick a pronoun to be called. You pretty much are interested in ice cream, recess and fire engines (as a five year old those were my interests). If someone told me I should put on some lipstick and a fairy costume I’d have some serious issues to deal with. I never knew the political preference of any of my teachers through high school (college is a different story). I either wasn’t paying attention in class or I had some pretty good teachers. When Mr. Duchez was teaching American History he never asked me if I wanted to wear a powdered wig and some hooped earrings. He opened the book and he taught the class. Why is that so hard to figure out? Why is it so controversial? Seems like more common sense to me.

Children are the future. We have done more destruction in their lives in the last two and a half years with the lockdowns and mandates. Kids were forced to wear a mask and socially distance for no reason at all. Everyone seems to forget that. The left did irreperable damage to innocent kids and it appears there is no end in sight. Kids need to be social. The left took that away. How much more damage has to be done before people wake up and put a stop to this movement? Perhaps it’s time for the adults to stop acting like children.

This Chinese Virus has everyone on edge. It has separated the masses. People have picked sides Some jab and some don’t. Some double mask and some don’t. The only thing we seem to agree on is that we don’t agree. What are we so afraid of? Death? Not one of us will be able to escape death. It’s the closing of one chapter and a beginning of another. Maybe you are not prepared to die. That’s a different discussion for another time. In September 2015 I had a heart block. I was in a coma for six days and when I woke up they told me I needed a pacemaker. I was weak and had to learn how to eat again. My mother was spoon feeding me applesauce. I required physical therapy in order to be able to speak again. I needed to be moved to another hospital for the procedure and right before I was to be transported I was given Last Rites.

Funny thing about coming out of a coma is what you take for granted every day. A cup of hot coffee in the morning. Feeling the fresh air from the outside. A simple moment with a pet or family member where you say nothing but just enjoy each other’s company. None of that happens when you are in a coma. We don’t realize how blessed we truly are. I was raised Catholic and a priest came to my room to administer last rites. They weren’t confident I could get strong enough for the procedure. Mother was with me during Last Rites and oddly enough I didn’t have any fear. I was completely at peace. Perhaps it was because I was truly helpless and realized I’m not in control of my life. None of us are. I believe there will come a time when you realize this and once you do you also will experience an amazing feeling of peace and closure.

Fear is not your friend. Fear leads to paranoia and stress. Fear is destructive and sadly fear is everywhere in the world right now. Wear a mask. Stay at home. Get a vaccine. Get another vaccine. Get a booster. You see how ridiculous this is? They are using YOUR fear to promote their agenda. If you are afraid then you are weak and vulnerable and you are not paying attention. Don’t let fear distract you from what is happening in this world. Question everything and demand proof because people will and do take advantage of others. Fear is the enemy. There isn’t a vaccine or a mask to protect you from fear. Faith always conquers fear. Faith restores clarity and control. Don’t let fear influence your life or decisions. Last week was the 80th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. 2,403 Americans were killed that day as we were dragged into World War II. We put our differences aside as a nation and came together to fight back and defeat the enemy. What did we learn from that day? Apparently not a damn thing. As of this writing almost 800,000 Americans have died of the Chinese Virus and we haven’t done a damn thing in response to this attack. Just because there aren’t explosions, fire and structural damage doesn’t mean we weren’t attacked. China is a very bad nation that will kill its own citizens. Do you still believe that this virus came from a man named Hop that was munching on some bat meat in Wuhan? If ya do then ya probably think Jussie Smollett likes to go to Subway at 2AM when it’s ten degrees below zero in Chicago.

I have nothing against the Chinese people. They are victims as well but in times of war there will be collateral damage. There are so many questions out there about this virus. We don’t know the long term effects of the virus or the vaccine for that matter. The only thing that is certain is there are many people dead in the world because of a biological weapon that was created in a lab by the Chinese government and no one has responded. Sanctions? Really? That’s like putting a kid in “time out” that just broke your nose. China is thumbing its nose towards the entire world. Four years after Pearl Harbor was attacked we leveled two major Japanese cities within a week. Sometimes force has to be met with force.

So what DO I expect our response to be? Well you can start by calling them out to mankind. China has attacked the world. Say it publicly and demand answers and complete transparency. If they refuse then they have to prepare to accept the consequences of what I consider to be an act of war. We have become a nation that lives in fear. If someone breaks into your house you don’t just look the other way and hope it doesn’t happen again. That’s not the way it goes in my world. You find out who is responsible, get your shit back and make them pay so it doesn’t happen again. We need to respond. We need to retaliate. What we allow we teach. No reaction sends a message to those that live in the world of evil. Stop the delay and start the response.

I watch and read a lot of news. I probably spend ten hours a day consuming various forms of media and the common denominator I have discovered is they like to preach fear, disaster and doom. Take the Gabby Petito case for example. People go missing every day. Couples fight every day. Why did the media jump aboard this particular story? Simple. She was pretty and white. If she was fat with a chicken foot coming out of her head no one would pay attention. The media is a business. The media wants to make money and for that very reason their journalistic integrity is compromised.

I did morning radio for twenty-one years. I was on various music stations but I like to talk and entertain so I rarely played any music. Technically I was part of the “media” so I know a lot that goes on behind the scenes. I still have many friends in the media and they are good journalists working for a compromised company. You dare question anything the bosses in corporate media say and you will be blackballed from the industry. I’ve seen it happen many times to many people that are now selling real estate. The pressure to deliver ratings is there every day twenty-four hours a day. Precision, integrity and accuracy do NOT matter. Good ratings mean higher advertising costs and more cash flow and that is all that matters.

So NOW we have a new variant for the Chinese Virus called Omicron. It’s HIGHLY transmissible. Oh no!! I better stick my head in my mattress and order from Grub Hub for the next six months. We had “fourteen days to flatten the curve.” We have three different vaccines. Some come in two doses. All require boosters. New boosters are on the way. People vaccinated are still wearing masks. You are a HERO as a health care worker in 2020. You will be fired in 2021 unless you get the jab. There is a vaccine mandate! Now the mandate is on hold because it’s tied up in court as unconstitutional (which it is). I’m not trying to make this about the vaccine. Do what ya want. That’s called free will. I use the vaccine as an example of how the story is constantly changing with the media. They are being used for propaganda and are so caught up in satisfying Wall Street they don’t give a damn about accuracy or the truth. They want clicks and tune-ins. I’ve been in those meetings. I’ve heard the marching orders and I can talk about them now because I don’t have a horse in this race anymore. Finding the truth requires time. You have to do the research on your own. Gather as much data as you can and THEN decide. If not then you are just another sheep in the herd.

Remember when ya didn’t have to worry about offending someone when speaking? I still live in that world and I have lost many of my “woke friends” that think I’m insensitive and caustic. Comedian Dave Chapelle is under a lot of criticism for his recent special “The Closer” on Netflix. Transgender folks are demanding an apology. I have not seen much of Dave Chapelle’s work so I obviously was drawn to this story. I needed to see what the controversy is all about. I watched “The Closer” and I can’t seem to find what the controversy is all about.

I grew up listening and enjoying the comedy of Sam Kinison, Richard Pryor and George Carlin. They made fun of themselves and others as well. Comedy isn’t mean to be kind. Sometimes it can be very brutal but it’s comedy. This isn’t someone promoting a public agenda. These are entertainers making astute observations. The transgender population is very hyper sensitive about the observations made by Dave Chapelle about their chosen lifestyle. Three words: Get over it. If you look like the Brawny man and insist on wearing a plaid skirt, size thirteen pumps, a blouse and a wig then ya better be prepared for people to make fun of you. You chose to make yourself the center of attention so quit your complaining for what you created. Everyone is a victim. Everyone is misunderstood. I’m tired of it and I’m not playing this silly game.

I’m part of the “I don’t give a shit” mentality. I will say what I want about who I want when I want. I am not a mean person. I want the best for everyone. I don’t like to create problems I like to solve them. I will NOT, however, give up my freedom of speech in fear of offending someone. If you are offended by what I say or believe then that is your problem to deal with. Why do I need to take a sensitivity class because I refuse to kiss the ring of compliance? These are terrible times. Border crisis, pandemic, inflation, vaccine mandates, out of control crime, etc. If we ever needed to laugh the time is now. Usually things get better with the passage of time but during my life it seems we hit a peak in the late 80’s. It all started with political correctness. Instead of putting a stop to that nonsense we let it grow in the petri dish until we became “woke.” America has turned into a six year old crying on the playground. No one respects you and everyone feels sorry for you. That’s not my country. Time to take off the sundress and frilly frocks and grow a pair.

The Unites States is in big trouble. The southern border is wide open for illegal aliens bringing in the Chinese Virus. Crime is at an all time high and we are witnessing the greatest foreign policy disaster in the history of our country in Afghanistan. A country is only as strong as those that make the decisions and this administration is not only incompetent but they have tarnished our reputation globally. This country NEVER used to negotiate with terrorists and now they give orders to us?? We actually removed our troops before we rescued our citizens. President Ice Cream Cone actually told Americans to get to the airport and they will be rescued. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he encourages people to book flights on Trivago and Uber to the airport. I suggest you avoid the Fake News and go on Twitter and look at the video feeds from the journalists that are there. The Taliban has the airport surrounded. We no longer are in a position of strength. We are weak and vulnerable. As we approach the twenty year anniversary of 911 we should fear for our safety more than ever.

We don’t even know how many Americans are stuck in Afghanistan. We will start evacuating troops this Friday in order to out by the August 31st deadline. September 1st the Taliban will do what they do best. Kill, rape and torture. This did NOT have to happen. Joe Biden has always been a fool when making foreign policy decisions so this should surprise no one that follows politics. If he truly believes “The buck stops with me” then he needs to be court martialed and held accountable. There is American blood on his hands and I’m afraid there is more to come. There is no way all Americans will be out of Afghanistan by August 31st. If you believe that then you probably bought into “fourteen days to flatten the curve.”

The Taliban picked up over 80 billion dollars worth of military equipment we left behind. You and I paid for that with our tax dollars. How much longer do we tolerate the lack of leadership and cognitive thinking within our government? We defund the police in our country and leave behind an arsenal of weapons for the Taliban to continue their reign of terror? We could sure use some of those weapons this weekend in Chicago. The only consistency in this administration is their lack of a plan for EVERYTHING. Sending Camel Toe to Singapore during a humanitarian crisis is just another example of how the Biden administration is ruining the credibility of this country globally. We spent so much time trying to be “woke” that we forgot our roots and what it took to be free and independent. We are weak and we are vulnerable. Twenty years ago we said we would “Never Forget.” Seems those lessons have been forgotten.

Our nation is the laughing stock of the world. This is not a partisan comment it’s absolutely irrefutable. In my fifty sevens years of leaving a carbon footprint I have never been more embarrassed by the total incompetency of the current administration. Where is Jihad Joe Biden while the world laughs at our imploding country? Back in Delaware after hiding at Camp David this weekend. Meanwhile the Taliban are holding press conferences and tweeting on Twitter. That’s just a microcosm of what is being put on display for the world to observe. If you go to bed at night feeling safe and secure you are either in severe denial or completely oblivious to what is happening. There wasn’t a plan. How do you justify leaving Americans in Afghanistan before starting an evacuation of troops. The Taliban are using billions of dollars of our weapons, helicopters, military vehicles and ammunition to kill and torture the Afghan people. The Taliban is on a level of evil that civilized people cannot comprehend. They will tell you what you want to hear and then they will do what they want to do. You can NOT negotiate with this mindset. Unless you meet the Taliban with significant force and destruction they can NOT be trusted or tolerated. Jihad Joe and his carnival of clowns are actually in communication with these terrorists.

Just when I think you can’t fall off the floor and this HAS to get better the spokesman for the Pentagon admitted they didn’t know how many American citizens were stranded outside of Kabul. They suggested our citizens make their way to the airport. Really? Ya call Uber in Afghanistan and a man named Haibatullah will show up and chop your head off with a machete. If this was part of “the plan” then we should REALLY be concerned. There isn’t a plan. Look at our southern border. How is that “plan” working. Disease, drugs and terrorists are flowing over our southern border like a Harley rally in Sturgis. We are only as strong as those that are making the decisions and right now it’s a Stooge routine missing a pie fight.

Women and children will be killed, tortured and raped by the Talban. It’s already happening while our government is asking for a “peaceful transition.” No one can deny what is happening. No one should accept what is happening. Twitter let’s the Taliban tweet but shuts down Donald Trump over “mean tweets?” Let that sink in. A terrorist organization has more freedom of speech than a former President of the United States. Makes ya wonder what dog Twitter has in the fight. I’m afraid I don’t have a solution. I’m afraid it’s beyond repair. Invoke the 25th amendment? Ya want Camel Toe making decisions? Do you see how vulnerable we are as a nation? We are NOT a super power. We are a super disgrace that continues to implode. We left Americans behind. We ran away. We want to defund the police while crime continues to escalate. We want to hug those that attack us. We tear down historical statues and build new ones to honor career criminals and drug addicts. What the hell has happened to this country? Is this what it means to be “woke.” America is NOT back. America is embarrassed. America is vulnerable. America is NOT safe. The situation will continue to escalate. It’s gonna get much worse. How much more are YOU willing to take?

I have been on Facebook since 2009. It’s a great way to keep in contact with my former listeners and radio colleagues. I like getting updates from my high school friends. I also think it’s a good platform to promote my podcast which will return this fall. I never post anything that is vulgar nor do I use profane language. I mention this because I am currently in Facebook jail for another thirty days. This is my fourth time Facebook has put me in jail. Facebook has an agenda and it’s censorship. You either kiss the ring and drink the Kool-Aid or they will shut you down. This should be alarming to anyone that uses social media.

So what did I post this time that warranted my influence on social media to be punished? I posted a news story about Hunter Biden losing a SECOND lap top. I also added the coy comment of “He’s the smartest man I know.” Apparently making a comment about the left makes me a threat to community standards. The leader of the Taliban is able to tweet on Twitter but I can’t upload a picture of my new dog on Facebook for twenty eight days because of an opinion. The last I checked we all have free will however that is slowly being eviscerated by various social media platforms that we support by posting great content. We are in a precarious position right now. Social Media is a great marketing tool but when blatant censorship comes into the formula I start to wonder if it’s really worth it.

I should have seen the censorship agenda that Facebook has a year ago when they banned this blog from being shared. What are they afraid of? I don’t have an agenda. I don’t care if you agree or disagree with me. What we all have is an opinion. Facebook seems to think that your opinion must match their agenda or your opinion will be censored. My silly little restriction on Facebook will be over in a month but I won’t change my approach. The more that Facebook tries to change me the more I am convinced that they are part of the problem. When I relaunch my podcast in the fall I will be using Facebook to promote it. I don’t think that makes me a hypocrite. It just illustrates how bad of a relationship I have with Facebook. They use me and I use them. It’s like a Larry King marriage. It’s not a matter of “if” it will end, it’s a matter of “when” it will end.

I’m glad that I never have had children. I may die alone but I could not handle the guilt I would feel in bringing another human being into a world that is so divided and filled with anger and hate. I was raised as a Catholic. My Mother is very religious and says the rosary daily. As a kid I was bored with Church. I took the Confirmation name of “Peter” NOT because of the famous disciple of Jesus it was because of Peter Criss the drummer for KISS. I am NOT a practicing Catholic yet I am a Christian and my faith is very important to me.

No one will live on this planet forever. That’s not part of the plan. We are not the ones that are in charge. There is so much more beyond this level. I believe this is the true definition of “faith.” I did not always feel this way. People change as they get older and wiser. Twenty years ago I believed the stripper named “Sable” that was hanging upside down on a brass pole during a Motley Crue song, while pursing her red lips through her black roots, loved ME and it was just a coincidence I spent a hundred bucks on table dances, a shitty t-shirt and a bad golf hat. It cost me a lot of money and a lot of friction but like they say “Knowledge is power.”

I’m a Libertarian. Do what ya wanna do but don’t expect me to join you. I’m not a sheep. I may not understand what YOU wanna do because that is called FREE WILL. Don’t buffalo your ass on my property and preach your agenda. It’s not your business what I do. In return I am not gonna parade my beliefs into your world of delusion. NO ONE deserves that. We have forgotten that we operate under the nuance of freedom. A small man in a medical jacket convinced millions of Americans to put on a mask, run in their basement and hide from the world for a year and a half. How stupid was that? What was the benefit? Is this world REALLY one that we want to live in? The crime? The hate? The riots? The shootings? What am I missing? What’s so wonderful on this level that puts everyone in fear of catching a virus that has a minimal chance of ending your life? Turn on the news. Inform yourself. We clearly are NOT living in utopia. If life were a game of Monopoly we would be living in a cardboard box and pissing in a pickle jar on Baltic Avenue.

As I write this blog the “Fear Police” are back. Oh No! Not another variant??? What do we do?? Mask up and run back to the basement until Dr. Foochi says it’s okay to have an ice cream cone? If that’s what YOU want to do then have a good time. I will continue to live my life without fear and accept my own destiny.
